Refund Policy

1. No-Refund Policy
All subscription purchases on Pactiamo are final and non-refundable. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you are charged immediately for the full billing period (monthly or annual), and no refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period, regardless of the reason.
2. Plan Downgrades
Downgrading to a lower-tier plan is not supported. If you no longer wish to continue your current plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free plan.
3. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Charges
If you believe a charge was made to your payment method without your authorization, please contact us immediately at support@pactiamo.com. We will investigate the claim and, where applicable, coordinate with our payment processor to resolve the dispute. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the charge date.
4. Free Plan Recommendation
We strongly recommend evaluating the Service using our free plan before committing to a paid subscription. The free plan includes a meaningful set of features that allow you to experience the core functionality of Pactiamo at no cost and with no credit card required.
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by our authorized payment processor, acting as Merchant of Record for all Pactiamo transactions. The payment processor is responsible for charging your payment method and handling tax remittance. If you have a dispute regarding a charge, please contact us at support@pactiamo.com and we will assist you.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
