Why Pactiamo exists

One “I'll sign it next week” too many.

Pactiamo is what we wished existed every time a client said yes on the call — then went quiet for ten days while we chased a signature and a deposit.

It started as an internal tool for our own freelance work: one page that carries the proposal, the contract, both signatures and the deposit, sent as a single link. Clients stopped stalling and deposits stopped drifting, so we opened it up to every freelancer and small studio that closes work the way we do.

The moments we built this for.

If any of these sound familiar, you are exactly who Pactiamo is for.

Sounds good — send it over

The verbal yes that turns into ten days of silence. Your link arrives while the enthusiasm is real, and signing takes a minute in the browser — no printer, no scanner.

I'll sort the deposit next week

Chasing the first payment is the worst part of winning the job. The deposit button sits right after the signature, so the project starts funded.

Which version did we agree on?

Scope in an email, contract in a PDF, invoice in a third tool. One page holds the current version of everything — and tracks who read what, and when.

What we hold ourselves to.

The document is the product.

Before a client sees your work, they see your proposal. We treat that page with the same care you put into the work itself: typography, rhythm, and nothing that wastes their attention.

One link beats five attachments.

Scope, terms, signature and deposit belong together. When the whole deal lives in one place, nothing gets lost in a thread and nobody signs an outdated version.

Getting paid is part of the agreement.

A signed contract with no deposit is a promise, not a project. Payment sits inside the signing step, so the yes and the money arrive together.

Your client's time is the deadline.

Decisions happen on phones, between meetings. Everything we build opens fast, reads clean on a small screen, and can be signed with a thumb.

What's in the box.

AI drafting

Describe the job in one line; the assistant drafts scope, quote, payment and the matching contract. You review and accept each change.

E-signatures for both parties

Draw or type, time-stamped, on any device. Editing after signing voids old signatures automatically, so nobody holds a stale copy.

Stripe deposits

Attach a card payment to the proposal. The money lands in your own Stripe account the moment your client pays.

AI legal check

Run the contract against your country or state's requirements before sending, and apply the suggested fixes in one click.

Read receipts

Know the moment your proposal is opened and how long it was read — so you follow up with facts, not guesses.

Templates that won

Start from proposal and contract templates modeled on real winning work, available in ten languages.

Your next “sounds good” deserves a better follow-up.

Send one link your client can read, sign and pay — free to start, no credit card. Or write to us; a person who builds Pactiamo replies.
