Upload a contract, get it signed online

Take the contract you already have — PDF, Word, anything — and turn it into an online document both parties can e-sign from one link. No retyping.

Free plan. No credit card required.

The contract already exists. It's the one your lawyer drafted two years ago, or the agreement the other side sent as a PDF. The problem isn't writing it — it's the print-sign-scan-email ritual standing between the final draft and a signed deal.

Upload the file to Pactiamo and AI parses it into an editable online contract: clauses, parties, terms — your document, restructured for the browser. Review it, fill in the specifics of this deal, and send one link. Both parties e-sign in order, everyone gets the final record, and if there's money to collect, your payment link sits right after the signature.

How it works

01

Upload the contract

PDF, Word, HTML, Markdown, or plain text. The parser reads the clause structure of whatever you drop in.

02

Review and adjust

The contract lands in the editor with every clause editable. Update names, dates, and amounts for this deal — or run the AI legal check on Pro.

03

Both parties e-sign

Share one link. Signing happens in sequence, every signature is recorded with who and when, and both sides get the final document.

What you get

No retyping

A 12-page agreement imports in one step — clauses intact, ready to edit. The hour of copy-pasting disappears.

Editable clauses

Unlike signing a static PDF, the imported contract is a living document: fix a date, change a party, adjust payment terms before sending.

AI legal check

On Pro plans, AI reviews the uploaded contract for missing protections and one-sided terms — useful when the other side drafted it.

Ordered two-party signing

You sign first, then your counterparty signs the exact version you committed to. The trail records who signed what, when.

Frequently asked questions

Can I upload an existing contract and have it signed online?

Yes — that's exactly what this does. Upload the PDF or Word file, AI rebuilds it as an online contract, and both parties e-sign from a single link. The e-signature is legally binding for ordinary business agreements in most jurisdictions.

Does the AI change my contract's terms?

No. The import restructures your document into editable clauses without rewriting them. You see and approve the full text before it goes anywhere. If you want changes, you make them — or explicitly ask the AI to redraft a clause.

What about a contract the other party sent me?

Upload it the same way. On Pro plans the AI legal check will flag one-sided terms and missing protections — a useful second read before you sign someone else's paper.

What file formats work?

PDF, Word (DOCX), PowerPoint, Excel, HTML, Markdown, and plain text. Scanned image-only PDFs parse less reliably than digital ones — if the text is selectable in your PDF viewer, it will import well.

Is it free to try?

Yes. The free plan includes a document import each month plus e-signing, so you can run a real contract through the full flow. Pro and Max raise the monthly import limits.
